GLOBAL AND LOCAL

We believe God desires everyone, everywhere to have an opportunity to know Him and discover their purpose in Him.  This means we desire to spread Hope both locally in Rhode Island and Globally.  When we partner up with God to advance His eternal purposes it is not only possible but mandated that we do both local initiatives and global.  

Currently Warwick Assembly of God supports 10 World Missionaries with the Assemblies of God. We have missionaries in Belgium, Indonesia, Cuba, Holland, Cambodia, Italy, and India.  We also have several significant local initiatives like Providence Rescue Mission, Teen Challenge, CareNet, ChiAlpha Campus Ministry, National Day of Prayer, along with efforts to help rescue women and children trapped in human trafficking.  

All partners of Warwick Assembly of God are encouraged to share information on new initiatives, pray about involvement, and jump into the mission.  Some go, some send, all are called.

WARWICK HOPE SUPPORTS CONVOY OF HOPE

Convoy of Hope is the Assemblies of God Disaster Relieve Missions Program.  There will be much need in the coming months with both Harvey and Irma.  Warwick Hope has been participating in relief services through Convoy of Hope.  If you wish to continue to donate you may click here.

NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER/PRAY RHODE ISLAND

Pray Rhode Island is the delegated Rhode Island representative of the National Day of Prayer.

GUATEMALA – CLEAN WATER

We are continuing our work with Frontline Missions and Casa Heidi Compassion Center in 2017.  Our team is doing the work now to raise funds for clean water for the compassion center.  We are hoping to provide the filtration system needed to have clean drinkable running water at Casa Heidi.  The team from Warwick Hope will be joining with other teams listed below: 

  • Evangelism Teams [works with small villages and schools] 
  • Medical and Dental Teams
  • Interior Team
  • Construction Teams.
